We are looking for passionate Business Development Executives to join our Provider Acquisition Team. This is a field-based, client-facing role where you will visit and convince rental providers across multiple sectors to onboard their inventory onto the Sewawin platform.

Business Development Executive – Industrial & Business Rentals
Reports to: Business Development Manager
Main Categories Scope:
Construction & Civil Works, Generators & Power Supplies, Logistics & Shipping, Other Industrial Machines, Health & Medical, Electronic Devices.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and visit industrial equipment rental companies and related service providers to onboard their inventory to Sewawin.
Develop strong relationships with decision-makers in construction, logistics, oil & gas services, agriculture, and medical rental sectors.
Present Sewawin’s benefits, pricing, and terms clearly, addressing objections and closing listing agreements.
Guide providers through the onboarding process, including assisting with listing uploads.
Achieve weekly targets for provider sign-ups, active listings, and rental value.
Collect market intelligence and feedback from providers to improve Sewawin’s services.
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years B2B sales experience in rental of industrial equipment, machinery, construction, or related fields.
Strong negotiation and communication skills, able to engage corporate decision-makers and SMEs alike.
Familiarity with rental business models is preferred.
Self-driven, energetic, and comfortable working in the field.
Motorbike or car required for provider visits.
Diploma/Bachelor’s degree (any field).
