Papa Lee's is a famous Taiwanese restaurant group located in the heart of Bali. We are looking for an experienced Operational Restaurant Manager.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar managerial role in the food and beverage industry.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and handle stressful situations effectively.
Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
Proficiency in inventory management, budgeting, stock and cost control.
Familiar with restaurant management software.
Previous experience in handling a Central Kitchen is an advantage.
