General Requirements:
Candidate must be possess at least Diploma / Bachelor’s degree.
Having working experience in Purchasing & Import minimum 3-5 years.
Have good personality, hard working, multi tasking and should be able to working under pressure.
Have good negotiation skills and attention detail.
Computer literate (MS Office & Accurate) is a must.
Able to communicate in English, both oral and written, in-view of relations with foreign companies.
Strong analytical.
Well administration, organized/structured, and discipline.
Good understanding of Import document & Familiar with HS code function is a plus point.
South Jakarta domicile preferred.
Preferred: English language proficiency.
Can join Immediately.
Responsiblities :
Process and review import documents, such as PO, Invoices and other related shipping documents for customs clearance.
Communicate and coordinate with suppliers, agents, Forwarders, Shipping line and other related parties regarding invoices, payments and other work related matters.
Maintain well organized database for easy access, by ensuring timely processing and accurate filling.
Check delivery orders and acceptance of items and goods.
Assist with Manager tasks and provide support to various departments as needed.
