Import Export Assistant Manager (Air Customs)

Our client, operating in the logistics and freight forwarding industry, is currently looking for an Export-Import Assistant Manager to manage their air cargo transportation & logistics with details as below.

Responsibilities:

1. Handle and manage Air Customs Clearance processes and related documentation (CEISA 4.0, PPJK, and Bea Cukai).

2. Coordinate and ensure timely submission of import and export documentation in compliance with regulations.

3. Liaise with airlines, customs authorities, and related stakeholders to ensure smooth cargo clearance.

4. Maintain accurate records of shipments, clearance activities, and regulatory documentation.

5. Monitor and resolve any customs issues or discrepancies promptly.

6. Support and collaborate with the operations team to optimize logistics workflows.

7. Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering strong teamwork and effective communication.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree in Air Transportation Logistic Management.

2. Min. 3–5 years experience in Global Freight Forwarding company, especially in Air Custom Clearance.

3. English proficiency is a MUST.

4. Have knowledge to handling Air Custom Clearance Documents.

5. Have knowledge about CEISA 4.0, PPJK, and Bea Cukai documents.

6. Good Leadership and teamwork skill.

7. Able to work as a strong team member, ambitious, hardworking and good analytical thinking.
