We are a growing company in the golf and hospitality industry, currently seeking a highly qualified and experienced General Manager to lead our premium golf operations and lifestyle facilities. This role will oversee Golf Operations, F&B Restaurant, Golf Course Maintenance, and Clubhouse Maintenance, ensuring exceptional service delivery and business performance.
Lead the overall operations of golf course, clubhouse, restaurant, and event facilities with premium hospitality standards.
Develop and execute business strategies to achieve revenue growth, membership engagement, and event occupancy.
Oversee budgeting, financial control, and operational efficiency.
Manage and mentor cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding customer experience.
Build strong relationships with golf communities, corporate clients, vendors, and stakeholders.
Ensure facilities, course, and clubhouse are maintained at international standards.
Report regularly on business performance and operational outcomes to top management.
Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
Minimum 7–10 years of experience in golf club and F&B operations, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership/GM position.
Proven success in managing golf events, restaurants, and premium hospitality operations.
Strong leadership, team management, and strategic business acumen.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
