Adecco Group is currently supporting one of our Manufacturing Client in their search for Customer Service Executive that will be placed in their office at Alam Sutera, South Tangerang (Onsite/Work From Office working arrangement).
What will you do?
Collect Employees expenses claim along with required supporting documents (receipts, approvals etc).
Ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with company expense policies.
Check submitted expenses against the company travel & expense policy
Flag and clarify non-compliant or unusual claim with the employee and approver.
Input approved expense claims into the system.
Ensure timely and correct coding of expenses under appropriate budget code.
Maintain accurate records for audit and reconciliation purposes.
We're looking someone who:
Diploma/Bachelor in Accountancy or its equivalent
Minimum 2 years relevant working experience.
Knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles.
Proficiency in financial and accounting software and Microsoft office application especially in MS Excel and MS Words.
Good communication skill and must be fluent in English, both oral and written.
Task-oriented and eye on details.
Resourceful and ability to work independently.
Willing to work under outsourcing (1 year contract)
