Working Hours : Monday – Friday (9am-6pm)

Job description:

  • Develop and implement financial strategies and plans to achieve the company’s financial goals.
  • Manage and oversee the financial operations of the company, including accounting, budgeting, financial reporting, and forecasting.
  • Provide financial guidance and support to the executive management team and board of directors.
  • Establish financial policies and procedures to ensure the company’s financial stability and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Monitor and manage the company’s cash flow, investments, and financial risk.
  • Analyze financial data to identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain relationships with financial institutions, investors, and other stakeholders.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the finance team, including hiring, training, and performance management.
  • Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting to stakeholders, including monthly financial statements and annual audits.
  • Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes to ensure the company’s long-term financial success.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field; CPA or MBA preferred.
  • At least 10 years of experience in financial management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial analysis.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team.
  • Experience in strategic planning and decision-making.
  • Proven track record of achieving financial targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Familiarity with relevant laws, regulations, and best practices in financial management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
