Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through research, networking, and outreach.
- Strong sense of responsibilities, highly energized, independent, pleasant personality and a good attitude.
- Able to meet client to determine design requirement, needs, present design idea & prepare quotation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including architects, developers, and contractors.
- Conduct presentations and consultations to showcase our services and capabilities
- Ensure client satisfaction with review & rating from client.
- Excellent time management skill and able to meet tight deadlines and management skill.
- Able to do research on material, design effect, cost and prepare specifications.
- Collaborate with our interior design team to create custom solutions for clients
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments
- Weekly report work schedule & progress to top management.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of relevant working experience in Sales & Marketing in Interior Design.
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Architecture, Art/Design/Creative Multimedia or equivalent.
- Experience in residential project eg. bungalow level, high-end condo, Semi-D
- Required language(s): English (Good), Mondarin (Added Advantage), Bahasa Malaysia.
- Required Skills: Space Planning, Mood Board Proposal, Drawing Software, Communication, Sales & Marketing.
- Knowledge in AutoCAD, Sketch Up or any design software.
- Collaboratively in team-oriented environment.
- Multitasking skills.
- Possess own transport.
- High commission pay out
- Able to start work immediately.
