DESKRIPSI Jawatan Kosong

  • Able to handle full set of accounts and all financial reporting activities.
  • Prepare financial analysis and update consolidation of accounts to ensure timely delivery of high quality and accurate financial data.
  • Perform month-end closing activities and prepare financial statements including income statements, balance sheets and other accounting statements and perform month-end variance explanations.
  • Prepare and maintain records of all general ledger accounts and all monthly and quarterly journal entries necessary for monthly close, monthly account reconciliation and investigates reconciling items.
  • Efficiently manage key functions like cost, compliance, classifying expenses and prepayments.
  • Ensure accounting and related system reports for accuracy and completeness. 
  • Ensure accounting records and system are in compliance with company’s policies and in accordance with accounting standards and statutory laws and regulations.
  • Monitor KPIs and constantly improve processes.
  • Responsible for all statutory filings (annual accounts, direct and indirect tax returns, statistics, etc.), and coordinating the approach with external service providers.
  • Participate and/or manage projects and company initiatives, process improvements and automation or ad hoc assignments.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/ Finance and/or other related fields.
  • Professional qualifications (eg, ACCA/CPA) is an added advantage.
  • Minimum 5 years of experiences in accounting or Finance, preferably in any of big 4 accounting firm and/or MNC.
  • Proficient with both spoken and written Bahasa English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • High level of integrity and sense of responsibility with commitment to good governance.
  • Possess good analytical skills, meticulous, positive working attitude, committed, good interpersonal skills and follow up skills.
  • Able to work independently under minimal supervision and able to work under pressure and meet deadline.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Results-oriented, self-motivated, agile and an enthusiastic team player.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to build good relationship internally and externally.
  • Multi-tasking is expected.
  • Working on : Monday – Friday, 9.00am – 6:00pm / Saturday, 9.00am – 1pm.
  • Working location at Taman Desa Jaya, 81100 Johor Bahru, Johor.
