Job Function
A. Responsibilities:
- Maintain highest level of Quality, Service and Cleanliness in all work assignments.
- Practice correct grooming and hygiene practices.
- Prepares safe food products according to Sushi King Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Halal guidelines.
- Able to serve customer according to Sushi King Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
- Follows approved Sushi King Standard Operating Procedures and schedules for cleaning and sanitation of customer’s area, food preparation area, storage area, equipment and utensils.
- Responsible for customer satisfaction on food and service served.
B. Duties:
1. Kitchen Area
- Dishwasher: Prepare and carry out the task according to Standard Operating Procedures.
- Preparation Station: All preparation work to be done according to Standard Operating Procedures.
- Rice Station: Cook and prepare Sushi Rice and Steamed Rice according to Standard Operating Procedures.
- Sushi (Kaiten): Prepare all sushi items according to Product Projection Chart and follow Standard Operating Procedures.
- Fryer Station (Agemono): Prepare the products according to Standard Operating Procedures.
- Hot Station (Yakimono and cooking): Prepare and cook all products according to Standard Operating Procedures.
- Set Meal Station (Dishshop): Preparing, setting and assembling of all food according to menu and follow Standard Operating Procedures.
- Follow Restaurant Opening standard by ensuring Restaurant opening on time with all preparation available and sufficiently prepared.
- Handover shift with sufficient stock and preparation before sign off to ensure smooth operations.
2. Dine-in and Pantry Area
- Perform Opening and closing duty for dining area and pantry area as follow Standard Operating Procedures.
- Service: Perform customer service with hospitality. Start from greeting the customer until clear the table after customer leaves according to Standard Operating Procedures.
Qualification – Minimum SPM.
