Job Responsibilities :-

  • To manage in daily operations’ administration.
  • Manage delivery & logistic routing.
  • Implementing work procedures set by the Management.
  • Manage and assist in Operations team discipline, attendance and personal matters.
  • Assist in stock take / storage management.
  • Ensure and practice safety awareness and hygiene of operations, etc.
  • General warehouse maintenance, repairs & upkeep of warehouse & facilities
  • Preparing reports for management meeting.
  • Support promotion events and activities.

Job Requirements :-

  • Minimum Diploma or equivalent in any discipline.
  • Minimum 2 years experiences in Operations and Logistics oriented environment.
  • Good analytical approach and exposure to some level of operations planning work shall be an added advantage.
  • Computer literate, good working skill with Microsoft Office software.
  • Willing to travel outstation when required.
